​Swan Management Group (SMG) was founded in 2007 by Keith Swanson with a mission for administrating preeminent cyber security and risk management consultancy services. Mr. Swanson is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information System Security Manager (ISSM), Certified Forensic Computer Examiner (CFE) with a bachelor’s in Computer Engineering from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL, and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, NC.

Mr. Swanson has a distinguished military career spanning over thirty years of service. He last served as a Lieutenant Commander (O4) Naval Information Operations Command Cyber Warfare Information Cryptologic Intelligence Officer working at the Pentagon in the Joint Chiefs of Staff (JCS) J6 Counter Intelligence / Human Intelligence (CI/HUMINT) Division. Mr. Swanson, a Service Disabled Veteran and United States Navy Intelligence Officer with a Top Secret (TS/SCI) Clearance, has a demonstrated track record of outstanding leadership in government and commercial experience.

Mr. Swanson has worked for consulting companies such as Booz Allen Hamilton, BAE Systems, SAIC, and government companies FBI, DIA, Pentagon and the NSA.  Most recently he established the Cyber Security Risk Management Program for The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey based on Federal Information Security Management (FISMA) and National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 Standards. Specific system tailoring of security controls data categorization and sensitivity systems further derived from the Federal Information Processing Standards (FIPS)-199 standards for Security Categorization of Federal Information and Information Systems.

Mary Swanson is the co-founder of Swan Management Group, where she manages IT support professionals that provide Cyber Security consultants and other professionals to troubleshoot software and hardware issues and ensure all systems are operational both for your clients and internal employees.

Before devoting her work full time to Swan Management Group, Mary served as Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large jewelry manufacturer of diamonds and custom creations whose clients include retail and high net worth private clientele. Mrs. Swanson is an authority in managing operations with her career spanning two decades devoted to operational excellence. Her operational management expertise is refined from challenging the status quo and standing up for what she believes in and supporting the people who work for her.

​Simon Sinnreich brings more than four decades of executive leadership experience across the construction, project management, and business operations sectors. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for delivering complex projects with a focus on strategic planning, operational efficiency, quality execution, and long-term relationship development. His extensive background spans leadership roles involving large-scale construction initiatives, organizational growth, business development, and multidisciplinary project coordination across both private and commercial environments.

Known for his ability to align vision with execution, Simon has successfully led teams, managed high-value projects, and developed operational strategies that drive sustainable growth and performance. His experience includes overseeing project lifecycles from concept and planning through construction, logistics, budgeting, stakeholder management, and final delivery. His leadership style emphasizes accountability, collaboration, innovation, and practical problem-solving while maintaining a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

As part of Swan Management and Guardian Warriors, Simon contributes decades of industry knowledge, strategic insight, and executive management expertise to support the organization’s mission of creating transformational environments and meaningful opportunities for veterans and their families. His passion for building lasting impact through leadership, design, and community-focused initiatives aligns closely with Guardian Warriors’ vision of combining purpose, innovation, and high-quality execution to improve lives and strengthen communities.

Karen Sinnreich, Ph.D., is a nationally respected rehabilitation and disability rights professional with more than five decades of experience dedicated to improving the lives of individuals and veterans with disabilities. Since entering the vocational rehabilitation field in 1973, Dr. Sinnreich has built a distinguished career centered on advocacy, accessibility, independent living, and empowering individuals to overcome barriers through creative problem-solving, strategic case management, and compassionate leadership. Her work has helped countless individuals secure meaningful employment opportunities, maintain independence in their homes, and achieve a higher quality of life following injury, illness, or disability.

Dr. Sinnreich has extensive expertise in disability compliance, and public-sector accessibility initiatives. She has worked closely with attorneys, insurance companies, healthcare providers, municipalities, and government agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and establish long-term care and recovery strategies for individuals facing complex medical and rehabilitative challenges. A passionate advocate for disability rights and inclusion, Dr. Sinnreich played a role in the successful passage of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). In recognition of her contributions, she received the Americans with Disabilities Act Award from the Task Force on the Rights and Empowerment of Americans with Disabilities and was personally acknowledged by President George H. W. Bush for her efforts supporting the legislation’s success. Her lifelong commitment to service, advocacy, and transformational support continues to inspire organizations and communities dedicated to advancing accessibility, dignity, and opportunity for all.
